Return & Exchange Guidelines

All purchases made during promotional sales are final; they are neither refundable nor eligible for exchanges. Exchanges are permitted solely for items with sizing issues or if the product is found to be faulty. Please note, variations in color may occur due to differences in lighting and settings during photo shoots, and as such, items cannot be exchanged on the basis of color discrepancies. Customers must initiate an exchange or return request within a 24-hour window from the time of receipt. Requests submitted beyond this timeframe will not qualify for return or exchange.

To begin the return process, please reach out to us at support at ridachatthaofficial@gmail.com with your order details. Upon verification of your return claim as valid, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return the item, which should then be considered the property of the company. Returns that are shipped back without prior approval within the specified 24-hour period will be rejected.
