Return Policy Criteria

To qualify for a return with Rida Chattha, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be in a condition suitable for resale
  • Must be in its original packaging as provided by Rida Chattha
  • Must be unworn and unused
  • Must have all original tags attached
  • Must include a valid proof of purchase and payment receipt

Initiating an Exchange

Upon approval of the return request and receipt of the returned item at our facility, the subsequent steps will be taken:

  • If the same product is in stock, it will be dispatched to the customer immediately. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.
  • In cases where the product is no longer available, a gift card of equivalent value will be issued to the customer. This credit can be used for any future purchases.

Damages and Concerns

We encourage you to examine your order upon arrival and get in touch with us within 24 hours if you find the product to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can address and rectify the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items Policy

Please note that certain items are ineligible for return. This includes items like unstitched products that have been tailored by the customers. Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns on items bought during a sale or gift cards.
